Heh, I had not realized that. I don't really handle new pack uploads through the site (just the FTP). And quite a while back, DP stated that 32X uploads would be allowed on the site on a case by case basis. I never really had much involvement in that early on, but I'm wondering now if they should just be completely allowed.
