Isn't the music different in the Japanese version? The game apparently hasn't been dumped, according to Sega Retro.

Also I thought it may be worth mentioning that a lot of those Sega Game Library titles haven't been dumped for .vgm, if anyone is interested.

I'm sure I remember that CMA Death Adder posted a raw rip of the game's music somewhere on the forums, but I can't seem to find the post.
However I found it as mmjvgm.rar on my hard disk. The game name of the VGMs clearly says "Marble Madness (J)".

But due to me being quite busy (and because I don't like its music very much), I won't work on this pack.
