To make this easier, I'm trying to give a helping hand:
Chaos Engine, The
Soldiers of Fortune
Both of these are the same game, The Chaos Engine is the original EU name while Soldiers of Fortune is the US name.
Out of this World
Same game, different name (Another World EU, Out of this World US).
Gemu no Kanzume O Tokuyou
It's on the site as Game no Kandzume Otokuyou.
High School Soccer - Kunio Kun
It's on the site as Nekketsu Koukou Dodgeball Bu: Soccer Hen MD which is actually the proper name.
Hyper Dunk - The Playoff Edition
Listed on the site as Double Dribble and that name displays as an alt.
F1 Hero MD
Listed on the site as Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge.
FIFA Soccer 99
FIFA Soccer 2000 Gold Edition
These are football hacks of one of the FIFA series, most likely the same music from one of the games but needs checking.
Beta version of OutRun 2019, same music (might have slight differences but I doubt it).
Listed on the site as Battle Mania and that name displays as an alt.
J-League Champion Soccer
World Trophy Soccer
Most likely confused on this, but I believe it is on the site as European Club Soccer with them names as alts.
Wings of Wor
Listed on the site as Gynoug and that name displays as an alt.
Madden NFL 97
Madden NFL 98
These two games have the exact same music in.
PGA European Tour
PGA Tour Golf 2
Ditto except maybe the title music (haven't tested).
Hack of International Superstar Soccer Deluxe, most likely same music as that.
Listed on the site as Super Smash TV.
Super Masters Golf
Listed on the site as Arnold Palmer Tournament Golf (Super Masters Golf is actually the arcade title).
Turma da Monica na Terra Dos Monstros
Brazilian version of Wonder Boy in Monster World, most likely have the same music.
Tecmo World Cup 93
Listed on the site as Tecmo World Cup, the 93 name isn't official but 92 is.
Tyrants - Fight Through Time
I'm sure that this is on the site as Mega-Lo-Mania.
Listed on the site as Thunder Force IV, with that name as an alt.
Micro Machines 96
On the site.
Olympic Winter Games Lilehammer 94
Not on the site but thought I mention the alt name of this is Winter Olympics (European name which is where it was developed).
There are two different versions of Klax, the Japanese version by Namco and the US/EU version by Tengen that has different arrangements.
All on the site as Deadly Moves, Gouketsuji Ichizoku, Chase HQ II, Growl and Darius II. To finish it off one of Brian Lara Cricket games and Shane Warne Cricket are the same game since one is EU and the other is Austrailian. Also Sega Sports 1 uses the same music as Wimbledon since it is a compliation that has THAT GAME in.
Also these games are missing:
Romance of the Three Kingdoms - Battle of the Red Cliffs (there is only one ROM out there that doesn't work on emulators and seems to be a bad dump.)
Marble Madness Japanese Version (Done by Tengen with almost arcade perfect music but is currently undumped)
This list is good and will come in handy however.
