Just the other day I recalled that Bubsy II allows you to turn off the sound effects. (...95% sure that was the case.) So I'm going to see what I can do about making a set for it. The constantly shifting music may prove an obstacle, but I have some tricks to alleviate that.

:sonic: Someone should hack Soulstar X (32X beta) and check if there are more than 1 track. The Mega CD version has a fantastic "orchestral" sound track by Nathan Mccree!

:sonic: I would make a set for Magic School Bus: Space Exploration Game if I had time. It has some nice songs which reminds me of Phantasy Star II. Anyone?

Koto, we need to talk about how you ripped the tracks.

If you listen to the attached file (Pyramid Magic 2, Round Clear), you'll notice that there is some additional detune applied to FM channels 5 and 6.
It's especially noticeable if you mute everything but channel 1 and 6.
This detune effect is not present in your rips for some reason.

I noticed that problem when listening to my ripped SMPS files and comparing them to your VGM rip in order to name my rips correctly.

EDIT: Oh, and the "Unused Theme" in the PS2 Text Adventures is actually the Game Over song.

A kind user have sent me Lost World and Urban Strike roms modified with added Sound Test mode to rip the music.

Can I send those roms to anyone here to get the VGMs ripped?

Give me the track times of each song and I'll see what I can do.

I don't have the track times :(

You may try figuring them out from youtube videos, but I'm not sure how accurate that would be.

I'll send you a PM shortly with the ROMs and instructions on how to use them.
