You could always build VGM ROMs with VGM_PLAY v2.00+.

That's the one I'm getting, are you satisfied with it?

I had thought about it, but I just wanted to check if a player existed first.

I was thinking of getting a M3 Real when I bought my flashcart, but wound up getting a CycloDS Evolution instead. That's another good one, but it might be a bit pricier than the M3.
Make sure you get the GBA addon (M3 Real) or a EZ Flash 3 in 1 (Cyclo DS) if you want to play GBA ROMs as well! Plus it'll let you dump your own games, for that legit backup purpose.
