Since this is the off-topic section, I'll probably explain this sticky situation here:
Okay, while I was making another attempt to extract some sound effects from plenty of video games, such as the Sega Dreamcast version of Rush 2049, I ran into a couple of problems. Somehow, it seems that I couldn't obtain some of those ADPCM-type of sound effects accurately, since they tend to come out either too soft, too distorted, too staticky, or too screwy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, if this is the wrong website to explain this kind of problem, then what website should I go to?
