Megacart if you have a MCD, and if no MCD, ToToTek MD-Pro is another nice option.

I could probably find this information with the program, but I'm guessing it can't decompress VGZ files? So then the file sizes would be pretty large, and you wouldn't be able to fit too many sets on a cartridge.

Don't get me wrong, this is still cool. Especially for doing sound tests to help out emulators like Regen. :)

The supplied ROM builder decompresses the VGZ on the fly (I requested it :P )
but yeah, uncompressed MD VGMs are rather large, and full optimizer exists yet (OPTVGM does not do all possible optimizations).
